OF MEMORY AND THE WORLDS WE WERE YET TO MAKE-ART SHOW

June 21–27, 2025 | Docklands VIC | LEVEL M, WTC,LE GRANGE GALLERY

@611 is an immersive installation by YUE, taking place at LEVEL M, World Trade Centre Docklands from June 21 to 27, 2025. Constructed from obsidian, resin, black mulch, and synthetic flora, this piece blurs the boundaries between natural formations and man-made constructs — a fragment from a future world: a relic of marine mutation.

“First born in the space of 0s and 1s, and then again in the tangible reality of the exhibition — this piece was brought into being twice.”

Through 3D printing — what @611 calls modern alchemy — the virtual is transposed into the real. Just as quantum fluctuations in the early universe gave rise to galaxies, coded noise now collapses into relics.

What remains is a liminal entity: neither fully alive nor truly inert; familiar in silhouette, but ultimately unrecognisable.
